    Vampires / Zombies

i saw one day a tv show about how scientists have created or found a drug in which the body acts in a "vampire or zombie" way. As in, the victim of the drug, due to certain blood types and chromosonal genes, would experience symptoms of a modern day vampire or zombie.

In one test, the victim acted like a vampire, (ex. drinking blood clean from another animal [couldnt experiment with humans] and moving at increased speeds, with heightened senses and strength.)The body then became unstable after hours of the drug in its system, and it collapsed, dead.

Another test was where the animal had become savage and slow, eating the flesh from its victims without killing it first, (a normal animal would kill, then eat) and scrapping the corpse soon after. Still hungry, the animal went on a savage rage and died soon after. (didn't live as long as the vampire-animal did) They also called the drug that made them "vampires" an "immortal success" or something like that, and a "zombie" an "immortal failure". im guessing they created those names because of the duration of life after the drug was introduced.

So i ask you, do you believe in a drug or substance that would cause vampire and zombie symptoms, or just the fact that vampires and zombies are real, drug or no drug, caused by the alledged biting of either a vampire or zombie?

    Here is my theory.

Lets say they were able to genetically engineer a gene with this drug in it. If the gene was able to be put into a human fertilized egg, do you think this human would live long?

According to what you said, how long did the vampire live after? Would a human with a gene (made from the drug) survive? Which would mean that maybe their offspring could be a vampire.

Vampire, increased speed and strength, the mega-human?

Im a firm believer that vampires, some where, exist. People in history have recorded many different versions of "vampires". My theory is that they all can't be a lie. Zombies on the other hand, I dont think so.

    What is this drug called?

i dont exactly remember the name, since they didn't mention it often on the show. And the animal infected with the drug lived for a few hours after the injection. Imo, i would believe the use of the drug caused the body to burn body cells hysterically fast to give the animal the speed and strength it had. With its effects on a human, I don't know the end result, though im pretty sure it would die rather quickly. However, if they modified the drug, I'm pretty sure the human injected would be "immortal" or atleast live to a long age as the myths and stories say. If this drug were catchable through air or by touch, we'd have a very strange and fatal predicament. As the drug were catchable through air or touch, we would probably see many mutations, some even might be "immortal". More theories are always welcomed.

This drug would never be released to the public, for any reason. We have no reason to ever need to use this. Unless a country wanted to create a super-race.

This is interesting. Ive been watching documentarys about this kind of stuff lately, and its actually kind of scary how far science has gone.

This is very dangerous... Do you think humans would have more self control? I assume this was tested on guinea pigs and the like, what about a more intelligent animal, apes? I personally think a zoo should donate one.

The drug will be kept un-used until they find something that it is useful for.
