System of a Down

In my opinion they're the greatest band EVAR. Any predictions on when they'll come back together and make music again? What were your favorite songs by them?

The reason I think they're one of the best bands ever is because Serj Tankian has an amazing singing voice and the lyrics to some of their songs pwn. Most of the songs are uncreative in guitar riffs, the guitar sounds the same most of the time, but Serj's amazing singing voice makes them the best.

I hate them. A lot.
Serj Tankian's voice makes me want to suicide.

 

They have some good songs, (chop suey, sugar). They have a good message, but his voice does get pretty annoying.

 

Yeah, a lot of people hate that sound of his voice, but a lot of people like it too. I think it's nice but I do know a lot of people who think its annoying. lol I've seen interviews of him and he talks exactly like a normal person, he makes his voice like that when he sings though.

 

I don't like system of a down, props to Serj for signing Bad Acid Trip though.

 

For what they are, SoaD are overrated. I do like them though.

I like toxcicity and chop suey, there not an amazing band though, I agree with MegaMatt, just meh.

 

2 bad there doing solo work like the chili ppers and it all sucks!

 

They are a good band, if you listen to the lyrics they are really insightful and often have strong messages. Serj's voice is great idc what anyone says . Best songs imo are; forest, chop suey, mr jack, BYOB and i-e-a-i-a-i-o.

Best band ever? You live in a cave there's os much better out there then them.

 

I know dude, like Serj is alright as solo, but it's not that great, and Scars on Broadway, I just don't like them either. It has to be SOAD or it's not good.

Who do you think is better than SOAD?

 

Really the only ones that I've heard, and I love them. Saying that they are the greatest band thought... that's a bit of a stretch.

 

I meant the best band ever as in my opinion, their the best band I've ever heard. I guess it depends on what type of music you like for you to determine what the best band is.

Lonely day is their best song.
It was my first song i heard of them, and i still love it. Toxicity is nice also
