Prepaid Credit Cards.

Do Prepaid Credit Cards say with like $5 on them unlimit PayPal accounts? I have a PayPal account that's been limited and it has a fair amount on it which i would like to use.
Any help would be appreciated in answering this question.
And if they do if anyone will get sell me one for RSGP or cash Via Paypal <3

I'm not sure, but this is what I've got so far:
Yes, since you MUST show you're ID to the bank/company which created your prepaid credit card, this gives enough info to prove your legitimacy.

But I was also thinking that Paypal might reject it since a prepaid credit card is much easier to get and use than a normal credit card.
