Buying a runescape account in person safe?

I'm wondering if there is anyway to make buying a runescape account safe, or at least able to file a civil suit or whatever against somebody if we met in person?

I'm speaking with somebody that lives 3 hours from where I live about buying an account. However, they are not trusted on here so there's no credibility to guarantee that they will be legit. I was thinking maybe there is like some sort of contract that I'd be able to type up that I could use as leverage in case this person were to hack back the account. If ypu have any ideas, please let me know. Thank you!

 

three hours is a long way. I don't think you're able to file a civil suit for runescape accounts to be honest. The best way is too always just create your own accounts. Do you know him as a friend?

 

Nope just somebody that messaged me about selling his account because he saw my thread buying one. He used to go to the community college where I live but has since moved back to where he lived before.

 

Not worth it.

 

Only buy accounts from people you trust as the original owner will always be able to get it back and there is nothing you can do about it.

 

Just get his drivers license so you can go his house and kidnap his dog if he recovers the acc.
