Dustein's dispute

I was banned for an accrual build up of three point infractions, all three of which were unfair, and all three of which were given to me by Finn. Two of the points were for flaming, and one was for backseat modding.

- Flaming: excessive cursing, insults, and/or derogatory comments towards another user

I told him to fuck off. Was that excessive cursing, an insult, or a derogatory comment toward Hashslinger? I don't think it was, I was just trying to let him know (a little harshly, I admit) that I wasn't going to put him on the list. I have seen moderators say more degrading things, especially from the one who gave me these infractions. I just think this 2-pointer is unfair.


As for the one for backseat modding, that's really unfair.

I got this infraction for informing someone that selling real item trading is against the rules. I didn't even say something generic like anyone else would say like "lock plz". Then Finn comes along, makes a comment that I would expect someone trying to gain post count to make (perhaps he was being satiric?), locks the thread, and then infracts me. Isn't backseat modding supposed to only warrant a warning anyway?

I think these are the two that got me a ban, and I think that at least the one-pointer was unfair.
