Hello guys! I really need your help! Just have found out how the perm banned accounts can be unbanned! I didn't played for ages... Please, can someone go to RuneScape forums -> General -> Acounts Rewiev and post name "Gostreinas"? I promise a vouch for this. =) I'm going to be active here on sythe... =)))) Pleeeeeease someone!!! I think someone already did this for you and don't use vouches as a currency.
