Luckygoldshop won't pay

    I made a ETH deposit to Luckys Ethereum wallet the 29th of may.
    The deposit was the following amount: 1.39792674 ETH

    https://www.blockchain.com/eth/address/0xe9ccf448bc342acd42673aed5cbb8d9d13bad3a6?view=internal

    The transfer was made from Bitstamp and therefore sent as smart contract.
    Apparently Lucks wallet doesn't support Smart Contracts, which wasn't told by him before I made the transfer, and tells me the deposit not has been added to his balance.

    We then contacted the support of Blockchain.com to find out how to get the ETH.
    This has been explained by the support and Luck still tells me it hasn't been possible to claim them.
    Now I rarely get responses and my patience has run out.

    Hope your guys can help me out.

    awesome thanks for following the template, sort of.
    when you reply on your guest account just put in the title (Replying to Luckygoldshop won't pay me) and i'll or another mod will merge the post to this thread. From what I understand of this smart contract is that not all wallets accept it correct? If so wouldn't it have been smart to ask the user if their wallet accepts smart contracts? To be honest i've never heard of a smart contract. I did a bunch of research on the topic while i was waiting for your reply. I did see that not all wallets accept it, which you might have known. Currently i'm not seeing how @Luck could be held responsible

    Most big wallets support Smart Contracting.
    I've traded with countless of other gold sellers, where the payment hasn't been an issue.
    I assume when he tells me that I can pay in ETH, then I can pay in ETH.

    The crypto currency has been sent to his wallet even if his wallet doesn't support it.
    In order to get access to those funds you have to export the private key from the wallet and import it into a third party wallet, which support smart contracting.

    IF that doesn't work

    The deposit might have been added to his balance but not showing as a transaction in his wallet.
    He will be able to tell if he adds all the transactions and the balance will be wrong unless he adds my transaction.

    @Luck could you please check again for any deposits around the date of this transaction so that we may be able to assist this user? if possible post a screenshot of your history from that date for any incoming transactions to your wallet. you can post/delete if you want.

    just as an update to those that care.
    op sent a "smart contract" crypto transfer to lucks wallet. not all wallets accept smart contracts transfers. lucks wallet was given a key that he needs to cash in, but the op and luck can not find a wallet that will accept the key. they are working together to find a wallet that luck is able to create and is willing to accept the key.
