Do something about this guy!!!

I have seen this guy scam so many people, and it is just eating me up, i can't stand it. He hasn't personally scammed me, but he has tried. The reason I am posting this, is because I have seen so many scam reports on him, and yet nothing is done about him!!! Here is just some of the scam reports I found, if you want any more, just look on ANY of his threads, its obvious, or go to search and search "Hmoob Ranga scammer", and you will see many people claiming he scams, mods, please do something about this guy!!!

Please note: those are just some of the scammer threads about him with proof, there are more than that. I dont know why this has been ignored for so long.
