If you want an account unbanned, Go to the runescape forums,
go to general, And find the account review thread and post there, that
way you dont have to pay.

And if this isn't the way you do it, You can not, I mean NOT, unban RWT accounts under any circumstance.

this is fucking stupid the only time you could unbann perm muted accounts was after they had the update for the account management system. everyone has the same chance, they dont read the appeals you just gotta get lucky. i assume this guy wants accs that arent lvl 3 because if he unbanns them he wants to keep them. this is a pointless thread dont use this guy he cannot perform magic on your banned account.
