    It is well worth trying to get your account unbanned via this, because Runescape/Jagex are unbanning alot more accounts.

    Reason why:

    Because they just want your £3.20 or whatever it costs for membership.

    What he means is Jagex unlocking accounts , because they will most likely purchase membership after that, resulting in more revenue for them.
