Reporting for attacking anothers businesss.

All pics below of me confronting him / they dont care just continue.

This is about his ''Admin'' which was named Abra after me.
We talked about it and we got to the agreement that his admin was going to name change.
which he did (for just 2 days) after Limiq came back to me saying he can choose whatever he wants.

Note: these guys offer exactly the same things as i do, so i requested a name change on his admin that we agreed upon, it was changed.

little later he has blocked me on discords after flaming

Now he also claimed that 2 identical name do nothing, which could be a little true, but not if your admin is actively browsing my discord / Pming users


His ''Admin'' joining my discord, even tho we arent on good terms (im banned there, when i never joined) talking in public chat with my name on my server? (server name abra workshop, owner = abra)

@Limiq Looked to understand things as first, but since i cant pm either of them to stop, and have asked alot of times already ill just post the report iguess ;p

This wasnt such a big deal for me at first, just didnt like it, but the fact these people cant stop and look for the problems... his Admin joined my discord and was talking in general chat under my name.

Seems to me, you were in our Discord on April 26, 2020, you saw my Admin in a widely popular and successful Discord and decided to copy the name for yourself on Sythe. You then proceeded to leave, and setup a replicated discord server as us offering only 25% of what we offer though (needs a little bit work in there ngl).

He has had this name for a long time bud, much before you had it on Sythe, it's not going anywhere. No one has a monopoly on Discord names. Especially since it was before you even migrated over from the (now banned on powerbot scene?)

However, Hear Ye, Hear Ye, I call upon the Sythian Rulers to force this user to change their name back to "Juealwn123" as my admin was the rightful and only magician in town before this fake abra man came to be

 

I'm not reporting him for having the name now, more on the fact that he joined my server (knowing we are not on good terms) and talking in my server with the same name as me. also your bot is ded m8 :]

EDIT: to crush your dreams, your discord is a year old and i was doing business on skype already and after discord actively since 2018, so idk whos copying who but yh the report is for joining server and talking with my name, u simply dont do it.

FYI not much need to be said, his name was appearing in my chat (While im asleep)
when he has 0 business in my discord, knowing we arent on good terms, and im banned on his.

that with the discord invite link in the status is just bad trading practices. Trade With Caution. these guys are new..

 

There's no proof of his worker impostering you. He changed his name originally when you confronted the owner of the service discord (Limiq), but he was under no obligation to and is within his right to continue as he did previously. Looking up this name it seems like a common pokemon name as well, so based off the context within the report your basis is that no one else can run under that name which is (no offence) a bit exaggerated. If you have proof of him legitimately impostering you, then you're more than welcome to report that, but based off the evidence here nothing can be done.
