best place to train with 1 def in f2p??

I Got A 1 def with 30 att and 40 str atm. good place i can bot??

Al Kharid Guards, you'll need the Al-Kharids guard script.

yeah alkarid guards are the weak version of bandits..

you should really get mems though cause jagex ban f2p acc perm whereas they only give 10 day banns to member players.

Monks are good, I trained til about 40 - 50 range there.

 

The best spot for F2p 1 defense training is most defiantly Monks or Seagulls, since they have a higher HP and a small chance of hitting you.

 

Monks,seagulls,cows behind crafting guild...Monks is best though...I ran it for like 40 hours over 4 days and finished with 60 atk 59 str

 

You can auto at men in edgeville. It's decent XP. Or you can auto at flesh crawlers. (also decent xp)

definately monks, seagulls, cochroacher(lvl 8) sometimes can hit often, al karid guards, goblins , cows in falador, barbarians in pub, rats, and i think thats about it no problem .

 

Wah I would go straight for goblins, I think there are so many of them that it doesn't really matter that they have low hp,
