Can submit private proof of him DM'ing a user, despite our TOS prohibiting taking jobs outside of the server.
Will also share him agreeing to our TOS privately, as it may contain information not meant to be public.

 

The server that these things are posted in yes were taken from mafioso's server, but i did this because i like the design of them, and felt the overall theme would go well with my server, i figured the things i copied or as you say ' plagarized ' won't matter since i do not promote this server on sythe, this is a small sever that is given to close friends of mine and potentail clients that they have, this service is not marketed on sythe, any sythe members that are in my server were previous customers of mine that i sent to this server so they can get in contact with us easier, if this is a problem still i will gladly take these down, i however was not aware that i can not take things from a server and use them in my own.

It was not marketed to Sythe.... Yet...
Eydan was scheduled to leave our server Friday, stating he wanted to open his own services.
This isn’t a problem, a few of our members have done this already.
Upon looking at his vouches, it was discovered that he had received vouches for private orders while working for us. This led to the discovery of his plagiarized server.

I think his statement that it was a private server for friends and clients is deceitful at best.
He knew he planned to leave and start his own, using our work on our server as his own.

 

To start off, i would like to say that since you made this report, i will gladly refrain from using the template of your server in mine, i will have everything changed after a verdict is met on this report, my server will no longer resemble yours in any way, In terms of you saying i did ' private orders' is false, any orders i did outside of your server were personal clients i already had, there was one customer in your server that wanted to buy gold so yes i brought them into my server, if that is a good enough reason to steal my 300m deposit, then i guess there is nothing i can do.

I will be awaiting staff reply before i say anything else.

 

Your last statement is also not true..
“Personal clients” are “private orders”... Orders not via the server are private. I’ve already submitted evidence of this in a deleted post.
It’s also no coincidence that your vouch channels contain vouches from customers you were assigned to in our server previously - this clearly indicates you worked with them privately...
