In my post, I state the following: Give me a price estimate which includes everything except bond (I will pay for membership).

Fredd replied with his quote, stating: We can leave it for 38 M each, Although we would have to discuss the situation well with the combat level.

Later, he was added on discord to discuss, I asked him how much it would be for the account. He stated 35m.

Later, he asked for an amulet of fury, which I ignored seeing as I'm not sure why this is needed. I've had services before where the provider kept asking for more and more items, so I didn't want to do that.

The following day, he stated he couldn't complete my order.

In his TOS, he states:

2- I do not accept payments over 100 M. If the service has a price higher than 100 M in total; You will have to pay 100 M in advance for a progress equivalent to it, then the rest of the work will be paid partially or totally.
3- It will provide everything necessary for the service. Unless stated otherwise and agreed.

The use of "it" correlates to "payment" from #2. Why did he not inform me beforehand he would need additional items and payments? He did not warn me a single time (I can screenshare entire conversation).

Then he told me he won't refund, despite: 6-. If I cannot complete an order, the remaining value will be refunded.

He also stated he cannot complete order after asking me for a amulet of fury. Later he changed his need for bones for prayer.

Perhaps the training will be slow, you did not leave at least 5 M in the account to buy An amulet of fury, which would remain in the account anyway. As you will leave 200k bro.

The friend @POPEYES came to me for a service in a PM message, saying that he wanted a service, I simply told him the price of the training as I usually do with many clients, The account required basic levels at a level 3. Then we go to a ticket, and he read and accepted my terms and service, he paid $ 19 and I told him that the service would start the next day because it was too late.

When I review the account the next day I see that there are only 200 K in the bank, I asked him why he did not leave more gp in the account, that was not going to do enough, I even commented to him of being able to buy an amulet of fury which would do the faster training, Although I do not mind using glory, as I was going to level magic, the prayer 1-52, and the range with 200 K. I sent him a message and he ignored me, I continued with the training 2 more days, and today I wrote him a PM, to remind you of this matter again, He got upset and told me that I should provide everything. LOL.

I explained to him that in my terms of service, like almost any other provider, the customer must provide the membership and training resources.

Then he argued that he had published a Post on July 1 where he explained what should be done in the account and that the provider should bear the expenses. But he came to me on July 5, asking for my services, for God's sake! with so many posts and so many clients and problems we sometimes deal with, as I will remember a Post from 5 days ago, and he did not mention it when he came to me either. Lol, but foolishly edited his message and linked the post in order to win the dispute and falsely prove that he told me.

Anyway, My Terms of Service establish that the client must provide everything necessary. If I refused to perform the service, I would certainly refund you, but I cannot continue due to lack of supply, and I am also under no obligation to refund under the circumstances explained above.

This is the kind of clients that nobody wants.

 

Progress so far. So that she popeye does not say that we do not work on her account. Making a post is embarrassing, just for refusing to provide 2-4 M workouts meant to train your account. xD

Your TOS says everything is included in the quote, which is the same as my quote initially asked for.

I don't care about paying more for an order, but this should have been discussed beforehand, not days into the service. I've had other providers constantly ask for more and more, I would have gone with someone else knowing you weren't clear about your own TOS.

No it doesn't, it says:

"It" with how this context is written is referring to the payment noted in #2. You should have said beforehand about the true charges (service+supplies).

The 200k leftover was because I had bought a bond, not "payment" for the supplies (this charge was already included in the payment).

@BlackBlasses I'm willing to pay 2m for the remainder of the service, after the existing melee training (which shouldn't require any money) is completed. Is this fair? That is probably the longest part of the order and it should be able to be completed without any interference from me.

No gp is needed or is holding up training melee, which you've been doing just fine.
