Selling lvl 50 1 def pure ranger

Hey sythe im currently selling my pure ranger, he has 1 def and decent pking stats along with some skilling stats. This account was my brothers but he doesnt play anymore because of cod5 and he gave me permission to sell his account because he wont ever play again. The account has only ever had one owner which is my brother, the account was members before but currently has no members. I know i am a leecher with low posts and no vouchs but that does not mean i am here to scam, i will be accepting paypal only and i will be using an OMM(not optional) i will pay fees if i have to if not it will come out of the cost of the account unless you are willing to go first and to claim and cancel.
