Filling more than there is

I have a 2gb flash drive that i use for my car's cd player. I have more than 2gb of music..around 3gb. Is there anyway i could compact it so i could fit all the music onto the flash drive? It is a newer cd player, if that helps.

I do not think so... Just go buy a bigger flash drive, or just a second 2 gig one... :/

 

Use a converter to make the quality of all the songs something crappy like 120kbps or something. They always take up less space if the quality is lower.

Well, compression = crappy quality... So, juts go spend 40 bucks on a 4gig one... D:

 

I will prolly just order a portable from newegg..i have looked for possibilites, but find none. Thanks for all the help guys!

To be honest reducing the quality on sound files doesnt make that much of a difference, just batch covert them, get it just under what you need. Save about 0.5mb in case you need it, you never know when you need to move a text file or something.
