Baod has 558m of mine.

Okay mateys here is a brief overview on what happened here. By the way, though this looks long, its brief, this is about four hours of conversations smashed into 10 billets
- Doyley was an active member/service provider of Baods discord. He made a deposit of 500m.
- Baod started to look for a starter tank of some sort.
- Doyley gave an account to Baod, Baod offered to pay for it but Doyley declined. *Doyley kept email access to the account during Baods ownership so that Baod could not change the password.
- Baod leveled this accounts defense from 83-99
- Doyley put in his resignation, requested his deposit as he is indeed entitled to it.
- This report is made, Doyley reports Baod for the deposit, Baod counter reports because of the account that was given to him was hijacked and cleaned to include the pwing being changed
- I look into the report. At first it seems very easy, Doyley is owed a deposit. Not much can be done for an account that was given for free, and it's hard to say what happened to the account.
- I started to ask specific questions because i know eventually one of the parties (Baod or Doyley) would slip eventually, which is why i prefer to handle reports on discord.
- I obtain the original account information from baod, again this information could not be changed as Doyley kept email access. I tried the information, no luck, checked the registered email, to my surprise it matched Doyleys sythe email. I try the login info again and again because I am retarded sometimes and can't type.
- I asked Doyley, if he ever changed the password. He claims no he never did, that's odd because I have the original information right? So i tell him I have the information and it's not working. He claims Baod gave me the incorrect info (ok, lol). Doyley proceeds to give me the same exact info, so i try again... and it works like magic! Just like that the password started working, mind you i used the same client and never retyped any of the info.
- I confront him about this and he holds his ground pretty well until I exchange some unkind words which results in this

mind you i'm not the person to just blast ignorant words at people, but I knew he was lying and all i'm trying to do is assist in the report. these type of reports take hours to deal with because people bring up false accusations or have no proof or change the story 100 times.

- he admits he took the account but claims nothing was on it..right
- the account was taken on june 12th-june 15th time frame. 99 defense was obtained on the 26th of may.
- after the account was taken, the account was perm banned for botting on the 22nd of june.
- so it goes down to this, should doyley be responsible at all for the account? it was given to baod for free, though baod attempted to buy it. doyley took it back though which is scamming regardless so he will be dnt'd. but he is still entitled to some 'x' amount of refund. which will be discussed among the staff members, respectfully and not biased at all

 

just as a small update. @Doyley95 will be held accountable for the account because baod was looking for an account and was willing to pay but doyley insisted he take the account. Therefor the purchase of the account was $0.00 though it's still a 'purchase' so because the account was taken back with ill intentions (?) (not sure why doyley took it back in the first place) and unfortunately the account is now banned, the value of the account will be taken from the deposit, with the remaining of the deposit going back to doyley

 

Right i'm glad you think i take bribes or payments to rule in favor of reports. If that makes you feel better i'm fine with you thinking that.
To recap the report.
-You quit baod services, wanting your 500m deposit back
-you were scammed 58m from his GFX artist
-you scammed + hacked an account back from baod
-you lied about it originally but eventually admitted that you hacked him
-The account was a maxed 99def account that was quested and had other untradeables, regardless if you got those yourself or not doesn't matter as you gave him the account for $0.00. Baod also mentions that he had his own wealth on the account (around 50m) but no proof can be shown for this so I can't account for the lost wealth. This account could easily be sold for $300 at the very minimum. But you let your greed takeover and steal from someone that used to employ you. If you were not to have scammed the account back you would have your full deposit.
-558m deposit + 58m scammed by GFX artist = 616m x.53/m= $326.48 originally owed to Doyley
-Account value of a minimum of $300 stolen from Baod *edit - this is for the stats, quests and gear
-Your owed a deposit of $26.48 or 49.9M let me know when this has been completed

 

@Doyley95 if you wish to have your payment, you have 30days from the time of this post. I understand that it's not alot or what you wanted but this was the outcome from your mistake. If you do not collect the payment, it will be turned over to community repayment.
@Baod has graciously donated a total of $100 ($57 of doyleys) and $43 extra to the staff team, though instead this payment will be forward to the community repayment funds. we appreciate your donation to those who have been scammed @Baod
