Looking for a partner to start a rsps with

hello, im goign to be financially stable again next month and i'd like to start a project to make some money hopefully 10k goal in my months time with an investment of $500?.. paying my coder/partner and webdeveloper when i chase that down too and when i wrap my head around years of knowledge coding i forgot since growing up and quitting rs lol. message me please if not i can be forced to learn how to code on my own again

 

This reads like a trainwreck. You're not going to make 10k in "my months time," or at least it's very very very unlikely.
RSPS are by and far not profitable. Very few make any money, ever, and if they do there is a looming threat of Jagex filing a lawsuit against you.

Next time you try to hire someone, write a more legible post and try to come off more professional.

 

As @AdditionalCaramel said above, it's extremely unlikely that you're going to make 10k$ a month with RSPS.
There's out several servers that's crushing new servers down. With some experience I can say new servers will be down within first 2 weeks.
