    I’ve gotten an e-mail from Jagex regarding that, but we can’t be sure, as the account is locked, and @07 is back won’t unlock it but just wasting time for no reason.

    @Techie could you tell him to unlock it, he obv still has full control over the account, but simply just Don’t help.

    Techie didn't ask for your word, he asked for a proof.

    You've now stated multiple times that the ban was quashed, when Techie asked you to provide proof you changed it to: "I’ve gotten an e-mail from Jagex regarding that, but we can’t be sure..."

    Your next post should contain proof that the ban was quashed and while you are at it one of you should post runelite screenshots as well.

    @07 is back as you keep tagging me in this, I’ll just keep a short answer.

    The video which Sirpugger has made might be right or might not be, but that doesnt mean that it’s the same case here? As he have said, this is a problem which he is known by others mostly outside Jagex, which somehow makes that valid for this case?

    I’ll keep myself out of this report for now, as I do not have anymore to reply to, aswell as the report isnt on me.

    Well, I've been completing services since years and never had any botting related issues.

    We've provided Runelite screenshots

    The bans are quashed

    I think it's safe to say this is proof Infernus Services does not bot on any of it's customers accounts.

    I'm not too sure what your obsession with Sir Pugger is but seeing as the ban must've been a mistake I will cease to reply to this thread unless the mods directly want an answer from me.

    This is just going back and forth I've made my point.
    I am curious to see what the decision the Sythe Team decides for this case.

    We can't prove the cause of the bans however @Infernus accepted a responsibility for bans, @Infernus will need to provide a refund, however, not a full refund since work was completed.
    Quests - $40
    60 Attack + 45 Prayer - $10
    99 Strength - $80
    99 Range - $85
    99 Magic - $85
    Supplies - $20
    1-85 Strength - $25 (1/4th of xp but more tedious)
    1-85 Range - $27.5 (1/4th of xp but more tedious)
    1-96 Magic - $70
    1-40 Attack - $2 (Around 1/5th of the way after removing quest xp)
    Around $124.5 worth of completed work. (50% * $124.5 = $62.25)

    $62.25 (50% of value of the completed work)
    $5 for unused supplies
    $2.33 for 7 days of membership lost due to the bans
    + $175.5 for incomplete work
    $245.08 is to be refunded to @07 is back

    Let me know once this is done

    Just want to point out, that the account has like 20-25m worth of supplies on it, which has been unable to recieve as @07 is back has full control over the account.


    @07 is back as you said and pointed outself, this e-mail is an e-mail from a JMOD, although it’s an automated answer template.
