I bought a cheap account from Volumezeasy for $60 with the intent to resell the account for profit, this was about 24 hours ago. This morning I realized that there was a failed recovery attempt made against the account while I was sleeping. He is selling two other accounts and will link those threads below (I purchased the 104 with a firecape). I'd like permission to attempt a chargeback on paypal as the account is clearly compromised and this user banned as he is potentially ban evading (a serious threat to the Sythe community) according to @Gladiator.
