I mean I don't have many vouches, but I think not many people want to take this job because its a hcim and rs3. With a hcim you don't have access to most of the fastest xp, and I have never done solo dungeoneering to gain 3 million xp before. According to some guides I found, I will average around 150k xp/hr and therefore can get it done in 212 hours of skilling. I can get this done in about 2 months by playing every day for 3-4 hours a day. We can use a middle man since neither of us are very trusted and I can do this for around 175 USD. Though since posting this maybe some more trusted people will post rates undercutting me, so just pm me if you want.
