Banned two times for the same incedient

I was banned two times for the same thing...(4$ chargeback)...From tutoneppis...But however i dont chargedback i think first this 4$ owner did...because one guy bought my pure for 30$ and dont claimed and canceled...So when i sended to tutoneppis he(this guy who paid for pure) chargedback so lol not only from me but from tutto to...When i paid for tutto for mmind us pin trade with good all was okey one month later i loged to msn i saw a pm from tutoneppis he saying "cha cha chargebacker"so i ofcourse started laughing from it because it was very good joke...It was not possible to chargeback when i was limited on my paypal adress+ last logged in to paypal was 2weeks ago...Then he said he going to post topic about this incedient i said "ok go on " so he did...i saw its rlly chargedback so i logged to my paypal then sended history and said its canceled to my limited acc...aw that was sad...So i offered him to give back the 4$ but he said no...So okey i said smth more where it was on proofs...I get banned for 3weeks for it...When ban lifted i logged to my acc all was okey then saw unban4d readed scamming report and banned me again i think this was not the same person i mean not unban4d banned me first time...So im now ip banned and permantely banned on sythe...I want to be unbanned however i dont did anything bad and i was already banned for this thing...
