Im Banned For Not Using Sythe?

Hi, I haven't used sythe for the past year, and recently it has come to my attention that my account has been PERMANENTLY BANNED, and I haven't even been using it.

When i tried to log in the password was invalid, so after recovering using my email address set on the account, i logged in to see that i have been banned for "Scamming".

I believe that this ban, has been inflicted on the wrong culprit, as i have been using sythe as a legitimate user.
