Bann Times & Gold Sites

Hey, I have used the search feature of the site, to be honest im not too keen so i apoligise now if question has been answered before.

Im a level 3 member (Lost my main using MTA bot got a perm ban) and I have started using RS bot, i have already been temp banned once, how many more chances do i get before its a perm ban for macroing? The account is members and will remain members.
Thank you and again i apoligise if this is classed as spam, but both questions are runescape cheating related.
