To be honest the best rapper of all time was Tupac. Then Eazy-E.

Rappers nowadays have forgotten the concept of rap, and they turn every song into bragging rights. Rap used to be about passion, not about the money. Out of all of those, Eminem as a lyricist. But IMHO the best rapper alive Is The Game.

Lil Wayne isn't near best. He may have his little Moment or two in a Song but that's Probably all. He does his best when doing like 8 Bars.
Like the Song "We taking Over" by DJ Khaled. Last verse lil wayne did was Hot.
But his whole songs Suck like he can't think of nothing to say.

Eminem is a whole Different story. He is like a lyrical genius. Hes Not the Best but a VERY VERY Good rapper. Excluding his flaws (Womanizer,Discrete language,etc) I would like to hang with him a lot.
