problem: trade limit on paypal is $0.00 and i do not have it verified atm.

so, i will give you the paypal, you can verify it, and take the money off it.

i will also give you the email used cause i don't use it anymore

this is the way im going to do it.

otherwise, you give me 250 stones, you get the paypal

you may ask, why am i limited? idk why actually, but the thing is, it is not stolen USD, i just transfered it from my other paypal!

That's pretty risky stuff. You would have to hook the paypal account up to a bank or credit card.

Couldn't you just recover the paypal account back and steal money?

 

you don't understand, you activate paypal, but you change password first, and then you change the recov's, you activate it, take the usd off, then un-activate it. lol
