Way to choose Mods

lol this wouldn't be a good idea..
posts don't mean anything.
and i dont think 6months is long enough considering people who have been around for years and still breaks the rules.

 

It would still have the interview to find out what the real person is, and also a background check.

 

The problemm with this idea is that a internet through internet or thorugh phone is easy enough to be altered by the one who is begin interviewed and it is really hard to get a good sight of people even in a real interview in a short time.

Mods should be chosen not because they have good ideas or because they are helping out right now buy because they have helped sythe out for years after each other and never have done anything that is against the sythe rules without a reason that i a good enough excuse for anybody.

I think mods should be chosen only by that and not by an interview.

It's basically a "Nominate a new mod!" forum on one of that failboat forums that nobody really cares you.

As for you saying you've owned many sites before, it's obvious they were the failboat ones nobody cared about, hence you being at Sythe.

This isn't going to happen, it's stupid, and every 4 poster leecher idiot will post an interview and the admins would spend too much time on it.

It's a waste of time and unnecessary.

All they'd have to do is act like a normal mod for a week, and after that do whatever the hell they feel like, scam, etc.

basically what the kid said above me, and Admins already look around for good canadates for a position. once then, they vote.

 

It is pretty easy to pretend to be something your not.
A Person can easily Spam his way to 1000 Posts.
And just wait 6 Months.

Plus, We already have a great staff. We Don't need anymore. To interview them is a total waste of time. I'm Pretty sure if a Admin was looking for a New Mod, and had they're eye on your. They would follow you around quite frequently to see how you Post/react to things.

 

This idea, is not really needed, the admins know who to choose, they notice certain users.

 

Finn chose him as he was the team lead. It's impossible that he/anyone else could ever get it any other way, as the same applies to all sections.

 

Im kinda agree with this one.
Would give new changes to experience people.
