how do i open my RSPS to poublic? (portforwarding i believe)

i need help getting my private server to public. i can use it myself but my friends cannot. i believe i have to do some portforwarding but i dont know what direction to go in. if someone can help me please do! thanks. and it should be like the last step of my server.. well please help again! thanks!

i have made a server like alot of people have done... i can play it myself on any client like moparscape or silabsoft or whaever you choose... it needs to be open so others can play... thats my problem... i cant figure out how to get it so others can log into the server.
