    The Toshiba Does not have a charger. The Laptop spec:

    It is fully working loaded with Windows xp. It is clean and works great.

    Specs:

    74.5 gb
    64.1 gb free
    Intel (R) Celeron(R) M CPU
    1.60 GHz
    448MB of RAM

    Yes, this is not allowed on Sythe. Also, your vouches are all garbage and completely meaningless. Training someone's new character to level 10 Attack doesn't mean shit. To try and use those to signify you are trustworthy enough to do a trade for a laptop is disgusting.
