how to xfer 100% safe(need friends)

EASY METHOD
#1 get a few friends in bh at a location ask them to take nothing
#2 keep logging in and out until one of them is your targed
#3 kill the account recieving it pick it up
#4 then kill your target and then you wont have a pen at all
#5 log out and hop world vwalla no pen

It does work, but there is a 1 minute waiting time from the moment you pass the welcome screen until you receive a target.

So if you can tank for 1 minute several times in a row, all the power to ya.

No, you misunderstand me. Never did I mention anything about losing penalty.

From the MOMENT YOU LOG IN you will be given a ONE MINUTE DELAY until you have a target.

You MUST wait this 1 minute before you will receive a new target.

Then your way works, yes, if you kill somebody who is your target while on pen you will negate the pen, but I did not say anything about that in my post.

 

I see, so it's not really any different then doing the whole, enter/exit method.

 

Well, at least this way, you and your friends stay nearby the whole time. =|
