Lock appeals?

How long do they take normally.. This account has been locked 18 days, I have given ALL info... I keep checking it and it says "Pending"...

Does this take away from my membership?

Are you saying the appeal has been pending for 18 days or just your account? And they usually take about 3 days for me. Not sure about the membership part, sorry, but hope I helped.

 

Mine ALWAYS take 3 days, tops. If it's taken 18 days, it must be a well known account, or one that is likely to be appealed as hacked. It does take away from membership-I believe- And I think you should send in another appeal if it has taken 18 days.

when i got a 10 day bann it didnt take away from my 8 days remaining

 

Lool, GL, when it takes 18 days your account probably has had like 20 people using it. Oh, and it usually only takes 3 days for me. =D

Yea, mine has been locked for 3 days and I also gave all the info. They need to work on their customer service badly.

I had an account that was locked for over 2 years. I sent in tons of lock appeals always always the same one. Than a little while ago I decided to send it in again but i decided to try a different email and bam it was unlocked. Everything else was the exact same except the email. Idk why but it worked.

 

Yeah Jethr0x that is messed up. Mine takes 3 days, every time. They must have just discarded it or something.

 

I did a forgotten password form the other day and it took 4 days not 1 hour

 

I do not see why they would discard it. i posted all my IPs, all my hosts, my zips, my passes, a mems id from liek 3 years ago.. its bs

 

Mine got unlocked in 3 day :S strange how yours didn't.

 

rofl, yh, the way to unlock an account is to go on another one, (or the same one if possible) message saying "i got problems going on my members account, its locked can you help me, jagex, you wont accept it even though i put in all the information needed" or something, hell it worked 3 times for me, takes around 1-2 days for response, and 90% of time they will unlock it, if they wont just keep sending it back in untill they do it, my record was to unlock a friends account that was locked for 1 and half years.
