    UI Question
    Regarding name changing & UI - after (3) or (6) months I should be able to UI change?

    I see a request was denied in perk center & they advised it is not handled in perk center... but did not really advise where else it is handled. Anybody have any insight on this?

    UI Question
    you need to wait 6 months after a name change to change your UT

    I actually had the same issue the other day and PM'd an admin and they said it may be mistyped.. but would love clarification from an admin of course.

    Appreciate it - would probably save time to have the answer to where this is addressed in the PM that is rejected instead of just stating it's not handled in user center.
