    No higher then 60 attack
    Strength level doesn't matter
    1-20 AT MOST
    1-52 Prayer AT MOST
    Range doesn't matter
    Mage doesn't matter

    MUST BE P2P, MUST COME WITH 2.5m+ IN CASH (not items).

    I will buy ANY account that meets those requirements, and has 2.5m+ gp on them.
