I think him having the spot is useless, but people are too keen to excuse him as 'he doesn't have a home'. Ok, so get someone who does have a home and can consistently access a computer, otherwise, as you can see, the consequences can be ridiculous.

 

Yeah, I feel bad for him and all, but we don't need inactive moderators

I agree with you there, hes letting down the community really.

 

I've been trying to get him out of there for a long time. It's not that I need the help in there, it's just we don't need inactive mods in there, when I know someone perfectly suitable to replace Ughster right now.

 

I am pretty sure he normally settles-in from place to place, maybe he is just having a harder time now. I think we should give him some more time, and if he becomes active again, he should keep his mod status.

However, if he spends most of his time searching for places to live, and rarely has internet access, then he should be demoted.

 

It's ridiculous how you all act like you know why he's "homeless".

Ughster has decided to be homeless, and, as he's explained to me in numerous MSN chats, he believes it's much more liberating. No need to feel bad for him, it was a personal choice for him.

I think hes alright being an off-topic mod until he can get online and such, But I feel if x9, unb4nn3d, billy, and the globals can't get the section clean there is something obviously wrong.

 

A replacement is not necessary. . . There are three other off-topic mods & three globals. . . You and others can take?care of??thesection.

 

I have asked several mods the same question. This position should be a responsibilty on behalf on the user. If he cannot take care of it properly, he should not have received it in the first place.

 

Mod's who can't/don't do their job = Not a mod.

Ughster should be demoted until the point where he has a permanent place of residence.

 

God damnit there was already a topic about Sky. Anywho, he is homeless at the moment. Shouldn't be long untill he returns.
