I got him banned because he scammed me, he also got my account 10 black marks swearing and advertising, I claimed I didn't do it in appeal which causes your account to auto lock, and waiting for the 3 day appeal process to end, and check on my appeal, so far my account is perm banned thanks to him but will be undone once Jagex checks IP's
