ok i've compared both of the video chat logs and I sent you some additional questions I have @someguy69 . Additionally I have sent @King RD some questions via discord when your able to respond thanks

 

All right, sorry for the delay sythe squad, but I wanted to make sure my ruling was legitimate and that my evidence was unambiguous. The op known as @King RD , bought this account from @someguy69 , who is indeed an EpicNpc moderator sometime in April. At the time of the sale, the account had a rough bank value of 450M; mind you, this is an ironman bank at that, so the value is honestly much more, but we will talk about that later. @King RD opened a report on EpicNPC on this moderator for recovering an account. @someguy69 requested that the OO, who is a user here on Sythe, but I won’t disclose his name in public, assist with the recovery of the account, eventually retrieving the account back after the buyer, @King RD said he lost access to the account. Though it remains unclear on who honestly took the account, the OO, the EpicNPC mod, or if the buyer was faking that it was recovered. Open the recovery of the account, magically 150m went missing! It’s unclear on what happened at this point, why would someone take only 150m from the account and not the entire bank? This is what confused me for many hours, I couldn’t sleep, I was restless, but eventually, I found a reason to be talked about later on. The admin on EpicNPC that handled the report declared that 75% of the value of the trade should be returned to the buyer. The ironman was sold for 900M 07, so 75% of that is 675m 07, but @King RD was not happy with the ruling of the EpicNPC admin, so he decided to get a better ruling here on Sythe because we are ever so merciful. This is when a real staff team looks at the situation of the report. I requested tons of information from both parties and came down with the following.

The reason for the users above being DNT’d? Recovering an account and stealing gear during a fire cape service. Who would have thought that? The person who is acting innocent is accusing someone else of recovering an account and taking gear off the account when he did the same thing to someone else? Though it’s not normal, I’m going to take it as that @King RD faked the recovery, took gp off the iron bank to make some extra gp, and requested a refund because, in a normal situation, he would get a refund in full. But he never thought he would get caught. Honestly @King RD you got greedy, you should have accepted the Head Admin EpicNPC’s ruling and took the 75%. Instead, I will be taking the current value of the account, the 75%, which is 675m, and be deducting a few factors to make up for what you’ve done. Here is a breakdown.

Starting GP 675m ($371 USD) – 150m ($83 USD) (overall wealth lost) – 50m ( $27 USD) ranger boots gone on an iron man feels bad) – minus 128m to be paid to @King Z rates in august 2018 .7/m ($70 USD)

Overall you will be getting a refund of 347m, which you honestly don’t deserve, but I, unfortunately, can’t antiscam you for something you don’t owe. The very sensitive information on how I linked these users together will be in a deleted post below because it contains IPs. Though from a public view, you can see the ban/join dates of the others, and how well the match. edit- i'll let you ask epicnpc again, if they don't like my ruling i'll let them decide what to do, but i feel that it's appropriate seeing how you have a past in recovering accounts and stealing gear.
