My account is to stay 1 defence, it's only combat stats are 40att 60str, prayer is not to be raised until after prayer giving quests are done then i will put money on there and get 43prayer if u need it for questing. Questing must be done within 10 days. I dont need some one who can do "some" of the quests i need "all".

You will need to get all the required stats, I got 30mining, and 38wc so that takes care of a "FEW" quest requirements. The account has enough cash on it to get any stats and buy any items needed for these quests.
