Reporting bocker1 for scamming 25 d stones

I'm reporting bocker1 for scamming me for 25 d stones.
I agreed to go first, I know, stupid, but I took screenshot of whole msn conversion. Well, we had a conversation before too, i closed it, but only thing we agreed of there was that I could go first, and I wanted to buy 1 pin. I can see if I can post it here, logging all my conversations, so I have it, but not in screen shots, ovb..

Why he is a scammer?
1. He offered me 2 pins, after I accepted to go first.
2. He told me in first conversation that I could use a sweedish pin if I selecting Sweden as country, I doubt this is right.
3. Why the heck should member be activated in 2-3 days if it sayd that he had used his number on three accs.
4. As I said in conversation, nobody is at school at 18:00 on a saturday, I'm from Norway, and he's from Sweden both Norway and Sweden is GMT +1
