    Banning IP Addresses

I myself have the ability to ban IP addresses from my website, I was wondering if this has ever been considered for Sythe?

If you break a major rule, you get I.p banned. So we already have this.

Scammers can easily change their IP or even use a proxy website to get the site again.

    Banning IP Addresses

Guys.. I have tracked several accounts on here that are tied to banned accounts still pushing from the same IP. In my opinion, even though there are ways around a banned IP, the majority of the do not have that capability/knowledge. I feel IP bans should be part of the banned account process. Just an opinion.

I think this should be enforced, as with every forum website you can get tools and addons that stop proxys being used.

Yes, although I am beginning to question the experience level and/or staffing to control/protect the Sythe forums.... However, this sort of feedback and/or questioning Mod performance usually leads to being banned which I am sure I am on my way of being.

    We do use IP bans...

All scammers are banned by IP, for example.
