Babblefish - Stay or go?

Should babblefish stay or go?

Or should babblefish just be brought in on occasion instead of left idling almost 24/7 (currently my computer has to be running for babblefish to run because I'm lazy)

He get's really annoying when it's pretty active but really funny when it's inactive.
