I was banned for something I was unbanned for?

Ages ago on the irc I said I phished a runescape account. This was almost a year and and a half ago now. I was banned for many months by SMR for this. Well first off, no where in the rules does it say that I user could not phish runescape accounts, especially since what I had done was in no way affiliated with sythe.org . Also people from sythe for the last few years now have been cracking runescape accounts, phishing them, and everyone knew but no one banned them. I was already banned for all of this and then SMR unbanned me when he had a vote from the staff saying that my ban was in fact wrong. I haven't even been on the game since I was IP ranged by jagex in December 2008.

I don't know why you got banned if it was no way affiliated with sythe and you no longer do it anymore.
