    Im selling an account and i want paypal, is it possible for him to reverse his money? please, i really need to know!

    Yes. Don't use paypal unless you know what your doing. They can take their money back, along with your account.

    Use western union. That's the safest route in selling account's/buying account's if you ask me.

    Anyway, I agree with DDoS, that is probably the best bet when trading accounts.
