Should I go ahead and make a offer on this house.

It has a underground swimming pool.
The house looks fantastic and very homy!
There a huge party room
The house has a lot of Classical stuff
I get to keep everything in the house all the chairs, Everything!

The house sells for 229,000 $
I want to put an offer for 212,000 $ (Which the owner said will accept)

The house is simply beautiful and huge and has 10,000 sq ft lot with a 300 sq feet guest house.
The underground swimming pool you can even swim in the winter time. (Which averages just 16 degrees in January)

I am 22 years old I plan to stay in the house for 3 years and hopefully the House Crisis will end and I might sell it for 350,000 $$$!!!!
I will renovate it and make it 100 sq feet bigger and I can make 150,000$ profit!

I want to work on real estate and buy houses for cheap and sell them for a high price.

But I don't know if I should buy it.

Not really a house for a single person, so if your not single, then I say go for it.

 

I'd buy it. It's a smart investment. I would probably live it for around 4-6 years, and always check the market. If it rises to around $300k+, wait, and if in a few weeks it plummets $10k or more, sell it.

 

The house looks very nice. With the information you've given it seems as you should definitely buy it, but if you haven't already you should get a professional opinion.

 

I'd say no. We are supossedly going into a larger depression than in the 1930's. It wouldn't be a safe investmeant considering when/if it happens the housing market would plummet, and you might beable to get 40-70,000 for it.

 

How much a month will you have to pay (I'm presuming you don't have 212,000 laying around) and what is the interest rate on it?

Really, there's no point in asking this on a forum. No one on this forum knows the neighborhood, and it all depends on the neighborhood.

 

First, think about your current financial situation.

Also think about will this be a burden to sell in the future? how long do you plan on living in this house? and single?

Also we don't know where its located, which could effect it alot. its all about location. that can make or break a price on a house.

Otherwise, I don't know what to tell you, and when you sell will you get your return?
