What to alch?

I need 82 mage and I was wondering what there is to alch with around 100-120 gp each alch?

Post good alching like yew longs, bracelets, pouches.

I'm looking for something that can be bought in bulks.

Post the item that's good to alch.

 

I'd try alching something cheap, like godswords, or partyhats.

i heard that you can buy ruby rings from the shop in zanaris, and you will lose very little. im not sure how much though but its less then yew longs

Alch Magic Longbow's, they're the best for not loosing a lot of GP's.

 

It depends on what your looking for, if your looking for minimal loss or maximum supply/speed.

If you want to loss around 30gp. I recommend alching adamant platebodies, and air battlestaves as Rofl All the Way suggested. They can only be aquired 100 per 4 hours on the Grand Exchange. Alternatively, you can ask other players to buy for you from the Grand Exchange and sell to you med price. For example:

1. Ask for a favour from a wealthy player.
2. Ask them to buy you 100 plates/staves on the Grand Exchange medium price.
3. Get them to buy
4. Buy from them.

This method may be very slow but you gain minimum loss. I would still say it is worth alching somethings just as Green Dragonhide bodies or yew longbows.

 

At the moment I only alch Yew Longs as you do not lose much from them.

Last night I worked out Yew longs are cheaper at the moment. As Mage longs don't buy for Med but Yews do.

Id personally go with yew longbows, platebodies are slow, as you can only buy 100 i believe, as theory said, so my oponion, stick with yews

 

i use blue dhide bodies last time i was alching but i think u lose some money now not sure tho but u can try it
