360 Modding Help, playing live.

So my 360 is modded, im deciding on taking the risk and playing live. Any tips on how i can play live, whilst avoiding being banned? Or is it just a luck thing?

100% chance you will be instant banned.

And modding xbox's is against the ToS, so you could also be sued. Unlikely though.

 

Because others are telling me that depending on if i download my games prepatched or with a region, its possibly avoidable, such by the assistance of MidnightTorrent, or iLoveTorrents?

A friend just prescribed me a list of patched torrents however, perhaps that will help?

quit looking for a way to cheat and get good at whatever game.. me and some people on this forum would always play halo with people who modded and 90% of the time they'd either get their IP's banned because of us or we'd still win because we owned
