I have enough cash on the account for all the supplies that one would need, however I don't have all the skill requirements, nor are any of the pre quests done. One defense and prayer must be maintained, and I'd like for a max of about 150k-200k to be used. In addition I would like if you would have a few vouches, so I know your somewhat legit.
