Auto Thieving?

Hello all.
I'm going to say this straight up, I know nothing about scripting.
Therefore, I'd be extremely grateful if someone could make me/ find (WITH OWNER PERMISSION) an Auto Thiever.

At the moment, I don't have much, but when I get my w/c up, I'll make money to repay you, just set a price. If you'd prefer, even, I could get the money first, but it could be a while.
