    Murder?

Its not wrong if its justified(why we even have a law on justifiable homicide). We all have to make decisions that are hard every day. We all know its not a perfect world out there, and some people grow up to be violent, some become rich, and some live in their mothers basement; nonetheless people are all different. When given a choice between your life and the life of a man holding a gun to your head is it not within our own self interest to save ourselves or our loved ones, or to go to another country and kill to protect our way of life? I find the taking of another mans life in those regards to be drastic but acceptable. Now shooting a dude because you want his wallet is unnecessary.

    Murder?

Um, war is for a reasonable cause, and is for defending one's country and family, while on the streets is probably just senseless killing that is completely wrong.

    Murder?

Murder for murder is still wrong politically incorrect. >.>
    Wrong.

Killing is justifiable in war because they treat it as an act of Self-defense of the innocent lives that are at stake.

Defending one's country? What does that have to do with killing? Anyone can defend one's country by detainment and words. Plus, why kill to set up a boundary? A meaning saying that your better than another or worse then another, all in all, it's not worth killing.

A family? Your ending someone's life to better your family. What about the family you left mourning? It's only justifiable if your family's life is at stake.

    Murder?

Why does family haft to play in this? Today I had a class debate over the death penalty and everyone kept saying it shouldn't be allowed because the family would be left to morn. When family shouldn't play a role in this type of thing.

As much as people love family they are not there at all times no matter what you think. When you die you die, people should come to accept it and get over it.

Now before your start thinking about killing because I said you should accept I lost my own father and I'm over it... so don't try any of that "what if.." shit on me.

    Murder?

The death penalty is an entirely different subject. Besides, statistically speaking it's cheaper to keep people alive for life in prison than to put them on death row and end their lives. But I digress....

Murder, IMO, is wrong but not always unavoidable. All cops try *not* to use their guns AT ALL, and most don't EVER have to, but if the situation calls for it, they better use their goddamn gun.

I think you need to rephrase your statement.

Incorrect, you obviously have never been exposed to violence in the street's.

    Murder?

    Two things.

Death penalty may be a different subject but it still relevant as it does haft to do with murder.

I was pointing out my reason for my statement I mentioned...

    Murder?

    Haft * Have*

    it * It's*

And the topic isn't about the death penalty. It's about if you think its wrong to kill someone or not. (You) not the law.

    Murder?

Honestly, I think it depends on the situation and how much control you have over it. If it's pre-emptive, then almost always I'd have to say no. If you're given enough time to plan a murder then you have enough time to deal with the threat in an alternative method, I.E calling the police for protection, witness protection, etc etc.

If you're in the heat of the situation and don't have the time to think properly, and the only think going through your mind is kill or be killed, then it's forgivable.

You need to look at what I responded to. You only looked at half the conversation. I was saying the same thing how family shouldn't matter.

    Murder?

I shall call you Kiyomi Takada.

It's debatable but when I think about murderers, I think you lose my respect once you kill someone for no real logical reason. But when an assassin kills a murderer, I think of it as karma.

    Murder?

The man on the battlefield knows his consequences of slipping up to an exact point. He risks, and strives. The man on the street knows none of this. Truly, neither in the case of death would affect myself, but still. >.<

You just said that no one deserves to be killed.
