obviously this is a discussion about left handed people.

is being a left-handed person, bad, good or irrelivant?

from experience of ME being left handed I say it's irrelivent, but people have different opinions.

I'm left-handed and although it can make a difference in some small things it is mostly irrelevant for me.

 

Irrelevant. I do love being lefty... considering I use my right hand to navigate the mouse...

 

If you're left handed, it usually means your right brain is dominant. (because your right brain controls your left side, and vice-versa)

Right brained people are usually more artistic, but less logical.

It's not completely irrelevant, but then again, it doesn't really matter.

 

I don't really think it matters much. However people seem to link left-side dominance to intelligence which is a nice perk (im left-handed).

And in my eyes being left handed is the first step to ambidexterity cause you have to learn some things right-handed, and being able to use both hands to write would be kickass!

 

I remember hearing that a study was done, and that they proved that if you are left-handed, you are more likely to be violent.

I also remember that about 10 people die by using right-handed items with their left hand, per year.

 

I guess it's easier being Right handed, Cause most cars(manual), tools, golf clubs, just about everything you hold in your hand is meant for a right handed person, But being a lefty should not be a big problem?

 

Does not exactly matter, some people can use both hands.

 

I am a lefty, but I don't think I am less logical. I think I am more logical then I am artistic.
I anyone wants to know what the difference between a right-handed and left-handed person is, why doesn't someone go search some documentation on the internet?

 

Good. Generally speaking, left handed people are forced to be right handed. They fail, of course, but in doing so they have a much higher chance at being ambidextrous. My cousin is ambidextrous because she was born left handed and forced to use her right hand. Isn't as good with her right hand, but her handwriting is still legible.

Now if you asked ME, a RIGHT-HANDED person to write with my LEFT HAND...
