Since the account was hacked, we can't use your creation email as proof. The IP you're posting from is also not an exact match. Do you have any other proof you can provide to tie you with the account?

Edit: So I'm reposting this to hopefully provide more information since you asked for more proof. I just want to mention that the reason you may see a different IP is because I changed ISP a few years ago from [redacted]

The only thing I can think of atm is also to provide you proof with my location address of the original ISP [redacted] which was used to create the account to my knowledge. I do not have any digital copies of bills with my old ISP [redacted] as those were usually mailed physically to my home and I don't know where the old mail is being kept (it's been many years now).

As for the security phrase/question and answer, you would have to provide me with the actual question in itself but some of the answers to those possible questions may be:

(obviously, though I don't know the current security question to the account so I don't know if that information is useful.)

I also tended to put the birth date [redacted] when creating accounts on sites back then as well if that is of any help.

If you have any other ways you can suggest of how I can provide more proof please let me know.

Unfortunately I will not be able to remove the 2FA/recover this account for you. There is discrepancy with the home IPs and there is not much information for me to go off of on the account and neither recovery phrase nor birthday was set.
